Together Tom & Sam have set up Dean Dugdale Ltd to identify small property assets that, if their planning use is changed and/or they were refurbished, would result in substantial uplifts in value.

Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor over 25 years ago and has owned his own small commercial property agency, been a director of a London listed property company, as well as owning 50% of various companies that have successfully undertaken several large commercial developments.

Sam is a qualified solicitor and has run, as well as being a large shareholder, of a successful small City of London solicitors practice.
